Brand, Product & Space Rebrand
Leading a full-scale rebrand across digital, physical and organizational touchpoints.
Brand Strategy · Visual Identity · UX/UI · Office Design · Merchandise
Overview
Scytale is a B2B SaaS company operating in the compliance and security space.
As the company expanded globally and formed deeper strategic partnerships, the existing
brand no longer reflected its maturity, technological depth, or long-term vision.
The challenge
was not only to refresh the visual identity - but to build a coherent system that could
scale across product, marketing, teams, and physical environments.
Why We RebrandedScytale is not just evolving as a product - it’s transforming as a company.
With rapid global expansion and deeper partnerships, we needed a brand that reflects
the innovation, precision, and warmth that define who we are today.
The rebrand was rooted in a deep understanding
of what truly sets Scytale apart:
Relentless efficiency
Technological excellence
Close, human partnerships
A clear vision for the future of compliance
My Role
I led the rebrand end to end —
from defining the brand narrative and visual system to executing it across all key touchpoints.
My role bridged strategy, design, and implementation, ensuring consistency between brand, product, marketing, and physical environments.
This was not a visual refresh, but a structural redesign of how the brand operates.
Old Scytale brand:
From Strategy to Visual Language
The goal was not to redesign how Scytale looks -
but to redesign how it communicates.
Every design decision was guided by clarity, momentum, and human connection.
The visual language needed to feel precise yet flexible, confident yet open — capable of supporting complex technology and real human relationships at scale.
The Logo System
Movement · Progress · Duality
The logo was designed as a symbol of motion and evolution.
It reflects Scytale’s continuous progress — forward-moving, adaptive, and responsive —
while maintaining structure and clarity.
Rather than a static mark, the logo functions as a system that can live across digital,
physical, and generative environments.
Typography
Clash Display was selected as the primary typeface for its balance between strength and softness.
Bold yet approachable, technological yet human — the typography supports Scytale’s position as a company operating at the intersection of advanced compliance technology and close, trusted partnerships.
Visual Identity System
Together, the logo, typography, color palette, and layout principles form a cohesive and scalable system.
The system provides clear rules while allowing flexibility -
enabling consistency across product UI, marketing, internal communication, and physical space.
Website & UX/UIThe website redesign focused on hierarchy, clarity, and storytelling.
Complex information was structured into a clear user journey,
aligning brand narrative with product value and business goals.
The result is a confident, consistent digital presence that supports
both marketing and product communication.
Brand in Space
The brand was extended beyond the screen into Scytale’s offices.
The office design translates the visual language into an environment that supports focus,
collaboration, and identity - strengthening internal alignment and brand ownership.
Merchandise & Assets
Selected brand assets and merchandise were designed as functional extensions of the system — reinforcing consistency, recognition, and everyday brand presence.
I’ve created a Stickers, Coasters, Bottels, Bags, Socks & Shirts and more...
Marketing & Social
Impact
The rebrand established a unified foundation across Scytale’s brand, product, and environment.
It improved clarity, strengthened internal alignment, and positioned the company with a confident,
future-facing identity — ready to grow with its technology and people.
